    A.M vs P.M. workouts

As it is right now I have had it my way when it comes to scheduling for the gym. Now my wife will be staring a job pretty soon and it will only let me get to the gym maybe 2 nights a week. I will have to start going in at 530 in the morning. My theroy, and I could be tottaly wrong is that when working out with weights and doing cardio is better in the evening because of what you eat through out the day you are able to burn that off in the night there for making better gains. Now whatever I eat in the day it will just sit there until the next morning after my morning work outs. I hope I am wrong about this theroy. I want to make sure I am getting to they gym at least 5 days a week. And I want it so bad that I would not mind waking up early just so I could do something.

Is a.m. better or p.m. or dose it not matter?

    Please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!

    doesnt matter bro.................

actually many people prefer early morning workouts............ you get your w.o. out of the way, you feel great the rest of the day and your test levels are the highest they'll be that day.......

as long as your getting to the gym, that's the important thing....

    haha, right on brother

somedays its hard to go in the morning (can't "wake up"), and somedays we feel "ready to kill".

once you start going early, you're body will get used to it. plus you'll love the natural high you get from working out......it'll help you get you through the work day.......

the best part about training in the am is the fact that you have the opportunity to eat more after your WO then if you trained in the PM. The more meals you can eat after WO the better you will kickstart that recovery process. It is better however to train relatively at the same time each day. Your body becomes accustomed to that and it will be prepared to train at that time. Overall though it doesn't really matter too much.

PS. hey Flex, man of steel huh, oh I am so jealous! ha
