When I was younger my bench was outside, make sure to do a good couple warmups and wear warm clothes.
My bench is outside and tonite is my bench day ..it will be about 45 to 50 degrees outside. I am wondering if anyone has ever worked out in the cold before and if you have had any difference in the workout. not sure if this is gonna be a good thing or not ..I will try to stay warm .

I always feel more hyper in the cold. more jittery . like my body is makeing me move around to get warm .
it's alot easier to get an injury in the cold.
be careful.
Prioritize man. Bring the bench inside, buy your son a fur coat and leave him outside.

Almost all of my weight equipment is either outside or in an unheated space. I always do at least five minutes of warm-up on a stair step machine before I go outside, it's hard to get cold when your working hard. Like Mudge said, dress warm. Your skin may be get cold, but believe me your muscles will be warm.
Of course I do live in Texas.![]()
