Isolating your calves..
What's the best exercise to isolate the calves? ( go into some details
) Is there any way to do this motion w/o the middle of my damn foot feeling like its on fire also? Thanks.. |

There are many ways to isolate the calves, Donkey calf raises (machine preferably), seated calf, or standing calf.
I went through that burning your talking about a few years back, you may want to lay off any calf work for awhile, and stretch for awhile before you get back into it. |
