wow you sure loike to eat sandwiches don't ya. Try eatign lots of meat, chicken, beef, fish. You don't have to eat tuna all day. For teh training, try developing a schuedule where you train a few body parts at a time, maybe 1 a weel instead of just going in there and curling. So a search on beginner routines, lots of stuff will come up that can be helpful.

you mean chest and Bis together. You have to look at your WOs like they are muscle groups. Is that all you do for chest is the bench and curls for the bis? And yes you can train whatever muscles you want to together

yeah getting bunred out on tuna . I think I am going to find some new easy to make recipes . yes at first all i wanted to do was curls and bench . I got stonger than a mofo but now I am getting too used to it so I need to start throwing in other workouts . If I can get bench and curls out of the way on monday then that leaves the rest of the week for other workouts . I also do legs on tues and friday

You could try a split like this...

Arms, includes bi's and tri's
Legs, includes hams, quads and calves
Back and chest
Shoulders

Also, I bet you'd see more improvements if you cut out the breads from your diet. Eat more chicken & meat
