    Hell On A Stick

    This is one of the most brutal exercises you can do for your forearms and wrists.

    The device used can easily be homemade and I highly recommend it to all you Popeye wannabe's out there.

    It separates the men from the boys and I guarantee it will make you cry.

    You are absolutely right Vanity! My previous gym had one of those, and man did it hurt. Talk about a pump.

    It burns like a bitch.. yeah.. wrist curls are more painfull tho
