Hi.I am Aloshan from Sydney , Australia.I have just entered the wonderful world of bodybuilding.I am a bit skinny.I would like to get hell built though. What process do I have to go through , what do I have to eat{specific foods}, how much training should I do a week, when should i have to take my rest periods{every 3 days??}and approximately how long should it take for muscle to show.I am 55kg and I am 16 years.
For specific foods, go to the forums under the diet and nutrition. Some of the post there might be able to answer your question. And for the training, stick to the same basic movements for the first few months since u are just starting, because your muscle is not familiar with all the pumping yet.
"approximately how long should it take for muscle to show"
Different people will react differently. Just focus on eating and working out right, in no time youll see the difference. Look for the improvements you make, dont compare yourself to your goals.
Aloshan, I am going to suggest you do some research for these answers, please read thru articles on our main site www.ironmagazine.com and read thru threads in the training and nutrition forums, also you may want to check the online journals.
