BODYBUILDING SUPPLEMENTS
High Quality Supplements For Bodybuilders and Athletes. www.ironmaglabs.com
Hello ....

I am new and in search of some advise or tips. I was just diagnosed w/ a pinched nerve and a slipped disk. I am goign through Physical Therapy now, on my 9th session. I have taken it easy on my wk outs, but have not stopped. I kept my cardio but no weight training for my legs, its been about 2 weeks and its killing me. I am dieing to do some training for my legs....
can anyone recommend anything no ttoo harsh on the back and maybe tell me the best abdominals for this kind of problem.

Thank you

Mars

**** don't what caused my injury.. they estimate it was 8-12 years ago. I didnt even wk out back then. I train at a gym and the only feel I have gotten from this has been numbness in the legs, thank god, i have been pain free!

What caused the injury?

Homer: Hey! I saved your life! That egg sandwich could have killed you by cholesterol.
Lenny: Pfft, forget it, Homer. While it has been established that eggs contain cholesterol, it has not yet been proven conclusively that they actually raise the level of serum cholesterol in the human
blood stream.

i'd give the therapy more time to work, you're dealing with a tough situation, been there, done that. its a matter of time, be patient

Rest.

The statue of Liberty no longer reads "Bring us your tired, your hungry, your huddled masses..."
Now she's holding a baseball bat and it reads "Bring It On."
