BODYBUILDING SUPPLEMENTS High Quality Supplements For Bodybuilders and Athletes. www.ironmaglabs.com Hi out there. I Have kept myself really fit over the years (now 51yrs), however following a spinal fusion at L5 and S1 a year ago, I am having trouble 'getting the flab off my hips and lat area'. Got that terrible flab hanging over my jeans! It seems that what ever I do doesnt work any more. I watch my diet, walk every day, did Lat work for ages until I decided that it just was NOT working. Any suggestions. I hate this! |

What do you do now, or in the past? Including training and diet.

I always try not to eat too many carbs, other than that, I eat a normal healthy diet.
As far as exersize goes I am doing less than I used to, being restricted with my post surgery issues, night pain and tiredness. However I walk every day, use a hip flexer, do sit ups and leg raises. I am restricted in side movements and of couse bending backwards. I have in general lost muscle tone and am working on 'getting it back', but its just this spare tyre that is growing because I cant 'move very well' in 'that area'. Thanx! |

A "normal healthy diet" can mean many things, why don't you post your diet in the nutrition forum.
