Hello everyone, I am new here, and I would like to know what you guys think of my routine. I have been working out on and off for the past two years, and now I am looking to gain more mass. I am currently 6'2 and 190. Here is my routine, so if you could please give me some pointers that would be appreciated. Thanks!

Day One: Chest/Biceps
Day Two: Off
Day Three: Triceps/Shoulders
Day Four: Off
Day Five: Legs/Back/Forearms
Day Six: Off
Day Seven: Off

I do 3 sets for everything, and usually between 4-8 reps for everything.

try Chest/Back

Arms

Legs

in any day order,,,4 exercises for chest/back/legs/shoulders

3 exercises for bi/tri

3 sets each, 6-10 reps...get high reps to release natural hgh and lower reps to tax the muscles

i think *chest/bi and back/tri* is better than.... *chest/back and arms*

chest/back is too much to fit into one session IMO

your split looks okay, but that final day, legs and back is a lot

try a 4 day split or a chest/bi, back/tri, shoulders/legs

peace

here are some three day examples:

day 1- chest, front and side delts, tris
day 2-legs
day 3- back, rear delts, bis, traps

or

day 1-chest, back
day 2-legs
day 3-shoulders and arms

I wouldn't do legs and back on the same day, and I am not particularly fond of doing either without at least one day in between them because of all the pressure on the lower back.
