How long should I rest?

BODYBUILDING SUPPLEMENTS
High Quality Supplements For Bodybuilders and Athletes. www.ironmaglabs.com
hey guys, iam pretty confuse on how much i should rest between day of work out.
my routine for right now is:

day 1: arms, shoulder
day 2: rest
day 3: rest
day 4: rest
day 5: chest, back, abs,
day 6: rest
day 7: rest
day 8: rest
day 9: repeat

I do every of my workout til failure, so most of the time i am still sort two days after.

back to my work out, say when i do my shoulder to failure, i dont seem to have enough energy to do my arms. So what iam thinking is that i will split them up like this:
day 1: Arms
day 2: ------rest
day 3: Shoulder
day 4: ------rest
day 5: Back
day 6: ------rest
day 7: Chest, Abs
day 8: ------rest
day 9: Repeat

any suggestion is welcome and appreciate.

Where is the leg work? How can you possibly do chest and back in the same day?

I dont do legs work out, kinda odd but i think all the jogg'n/running i do every weekend is enough(just my opinion). I also practice martial arts, mostly kicks.

i love back/bi's on same day... chest is such a rough workout, the only thing I can really do is finish off my tripepts... so chest/tri's... i can't imagine doing back after chest... although, sometimes when my arms are at their worst, i lower the weight and I feel more back involvement...

Are you kidding me????
