Help with lifting during the season

I'm assuming you don't want the working out to interfere with your performance on the court. That said, I'd go with something like this.
Mon - rest Tue - game Wed - back & biceps Thu - rest Fri - game Sat - legs Sun - chest, delts, triceps If you want to emphasize the workouts and don't care so much about the effects of the workouts on your basketball performance, then perhaps this. Mon - legs Tue - game Wed - rest Thu - back & bis Fri - game Sat - chest, delts, tris Sun - rest |
