    Some help plZ

    Hey,
    Im 17
    Iv juss started this body building thing..
    Itz been 2 months.
    Im taking Whey protien 24g
    1 time a day on my rest days n 2 times on my workout dayz
    I take it b4 n after my workout (2-3h b4 n 1-2h after)

    I used to be very fat!!!!. Then Went Straved myself...Then relized it was bad..then I stoped n bulked up a bit.....Im normal now..

    I got the chestss -- It was really easy (genitic maybe)....
    My bi's n tris are comeing along...
    BUT ABS!!!!!!! Those damn thing!! gRRRrrrrRRR

    The thing is theres WAY TOO MUCH FAT ON MY STOMACH...ITS flat but u can wear the skin as a blancket!!.......HOW do i loose this.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!......
    I eat heathy now.....

    BUT I HEARD THAT CARDIO CUTS DOWN ON MUSCLE!!>N I DUN WANT THAT AT ALL!!!!......

    N some 1 tell me a PERFECT work OUT for ur bi's .. haveing trouble with that.. but tris are getting BIGGER

    well, welcome to the wonderful world of weight lifting

    whey is ideal as post-workout shake because it is fast absorbing.. so i'd only take it post-wo

    as for the gut, you can either bulk or cut.. choose which you think is best for your appearance.. if the flab is a prob, just cut.. start cardio and lower calories a bit.. keep gettin protein and you shouldn't lose too much

    for bi's, i like barbell curls and hammers.. i only do those 2.. dumbell curls are also good.. get bicep work from back work.. rows and pullups.. just direct bi work will not give you huge bis

    You lose the abdominal fat with proper diet, we have numerous articles on the main site: www.ironmagazine.com and you can read thru many threads for help on this, you can also post your daily diet in the nutrition forum and we can help.

    It depends on the type of cardio...but yeah too much cardio, especially traditional long duration cardio can be catabolic.
