http://users.rcn.com/dl.interport//bench.html

gopros is obviously, as far as i can see, a much fuller program, but at the same time i really want to up my bench...

If you're goal is specifically to increase your bench press then I guess I would go with a program that is designed for that.

Using GoPro's w/o, I upped my bench much more than I have using other programs "designed" to up your bench. Started with Power week, could only bench so much. Was disappointed with the feeling and amount of weight I could put up during rep and shock week and was not confident when power week came around again since it had been 3 weeks since lifting "heavy". Did Power for chest and my bench on Incline had gone up 30lbs. I guess I'd been in a rut for awhile, but still, I think the program has potential to up your bench too.

I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer. Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration. I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over me and through me. And when it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path. Where the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain...
