    Leg workouts...or lack thereof

I never seem to get a good workout, and i can't get them to grow, esp. my quads/calves

today i was feeling sick/naseau etc but i did

3 sets of leg ext. 12-10-10 for reps
    3 sets of Squats 12--12-8 (205-205-225)
    Deadlifts 2 sets of 225 ( only 2 cuz i felt sick)
hamstring curls 3 sets of 10-10-10 reps
seated calf raises 4 sets of 15

my legs dont feel the "pump" or fatigue that my upper body feels....any suggestions!!

Start with squats IMO, leg extentions should not be done overly heavy as they place a shearing stress on the knee, use them for finishing the quad off.

Legs are big and you aren't doing much work for them, but likewise when I was sick I toned it down a bit. If you are going all the way down, and using slow controlled reps, you should feel it.

my suggestion would be to try higher reps, sometimes I go as high as 25 reps on quads.

I also alternate squats and leg press each week, and you may want to try lunges.
