None, a proper diet geared towards fat loss will ultimately get rid of them.
You cannot spot reduce, it takes an overall reduction in bodyfat levels, unfortunately for men this is one of the last places that we lose the fat.
what are the best exercises and/or supplements to take for getting rid of "love handles"? Thanx

Thanx Prince! What do you think of side bends? Or will that just accentuate the area??

Personally, I do not do anything that "builds" my waist line.![]()
A good quality thermogenic, drink at least a gallon of water a day, and side bends with weights added to your ab routine. Worked for me.
28 Days - 6 Hours - 42 Minutes - 12 Seconds
Oh yeah also a decent diet. I'm not as dedicated to a dieting as much as some of the other peeps in these forums. I'm not a great cook and i work and go to school full time so i don't have alot of time on my hands. So if your just try to lay off of the fast food like mc donald's and such. I eat alot of healthy choice micro wave dinners(there pretty low and fat) and drink about 3 protein shakes a day.

I do not see how side bends good have any effect on love handles, unless you believe in spot reduction.
But wouldn't the side bends firm things up in that general area while burning fat?

they will tighten up the obliques, but they will have no effect on the fat in that area.
I agree with PRince 200% here. I could do side crunches, forward crunches, leg raises or any other form of ab excercise for mass reps.
None of it matered, until I changed the diet and got on a fierce cardio program. The good thing is that you lose fat from all over, so you beceom more cut and more defined everywhere, and yes the ab area is usually last for us GUYS.
Just get a good diet going, and implement a strong cardio program into your workouts. It will take time, but those are the tools for success.
I do my best to focus on the task at hand, and give 100% in what I'm doing at the time. Nothing else matters except the task at hand.
I tried a thermogenic several times and nothing really ever worked until I changed my diet. Right now I use no themogenic's but keep a clean diet and that seems to work alot better. So basically, I don't believe that you need any thermogenic's. I think must people take them for energy....A good quality thermogenic
You must get rid of the flad to see the ab!!! CP.................
Thanx to everyone who replied to my thread. I've recently changed my eating habits and do plan on hitting the cardio hard. I'll keep you all posted. In addition, I am not an overweight guy, I just have love handles. Thats what blows my mind. All the fat I gain seems to go to that area. I sit on my ass all day (in an office) and obviously that contributes to my problem.
Same here. I just recently bought a putty ball to squeeze while I sit there. The best thing is that the ball reminds me to get up and do something; take a walk around the office, or maybe do some push-ups. Hey, anything helps when you have to sit there for 8-10 hours.I sit on my ass all day (in an office) and obviously that contributes to my problem.
