    help on frequency of training please

    I bench and do chest and tris on monday .....could I do bi's and back on tuesday ...would there be any downfall ?

    it sounds like a good idea to me.....or do chest and bis on monday and then back and tris on tuesday. Either way it works. Basically any split can work if it makes sense.

    I have done to and it worked for me. Everyone has different revcovery time. Also, the volume of tricep work you will be doing will be lower because you will probably be fatigued from working a larger muscle group anyway, so I don;t see a problem with it.

    it's all preference and what works for the particular individual.. i tried both, i like chest/tri and back/bi much better
