    Best time to use HIIT?

    When is the best time to do HIIT? How long after leg day do most of you use it?

    i was planning to do it on day i don't work out (tues and thurs).. am i supposed to be doin it more often?

    That would be a good suggestion, but I was more concerned about how long my legs should recover before I do some HIIT.

    This seems a good question to me - is certainly seems to be the most favoured kind of cardio on these boards, but I never hear anyone mention what time of day is most effective.

    I suppose right after a workout wouldn't be a bad idea, but that's also the time that's ideal for whey protein, and simple carbs

    Is morning HIIT with some EFA/BCAA's/Glutamine alright?

    whenever i was cutting, i would either do hiit first thing in the morning after a whey protein shake, or about 20-30mins after my post workout meal. and i wouldnt do any cardio the day before, the day of, or the day after i trained my legs. thats just what i did
