Exclamation Key To Fast Muscle Recovery

    Hello everyone,
I just started power lifting for my high school, and im somewhat disappointed with this year's schedule on Monday we did all arms and today we did all legs. Tommorow we have deadlift. I know my arms will still be sore tommorow, and I probably won't be able to work after today's hard leg workout so how will I throw up anything decent on dead lift? Is there anyone to make this soreness pass faster or go away faster? Food, supplements, excercies or tips would be great! I just need to recover faster - a lot faster.

Glutamine will help the mucsle heal a little faster, but will not cure you overnight. Your porbablly stuck with the soreness for a least 4 days. Just make sure you stretch very good before your next workout, and try stretching before your workout.

Just stick it out... After a few weeks I dont think you will get too sore. I would also get at LEAST 8 hrs of quality sleep, if not more.
