What time of the day do you work out?

I am almost over the flu, but will give it one or two more days. I will now have to start working out early in the morning due to schedule problems.

Just wondering what time everyone works out. Morning or Night.

Morning, I do much better at that time!
I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer. Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration. I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over me and through me. And when it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path. Where the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain...

I'm also an early riser: I am in the gym at 5:15 AM. During the summer months, I don't work out on the weekends (I spend all day outside riding), but in the cold months I work out at 6:30 AM on the weekends because that's when the gym opens.

I switch it up usually because of my work hours.....

When I work from 9-5, I usually work out in the early evening.
When I work from 11-7, I work out in the morning.

I weight train in the evening 3 days a week. This will ensure a good nites rest....

When doing cardio, I prefer to do it in the morning. I notice I'm BOUNCING off the walls by the time I'm done and my metabolism holds steady for 3 to 4 hours after.

What I haven't stated is that on non-workout days (Tue, Thu, and Sat) I sleep until about 7, so it's really only every other day that I'm on short sleep.

On weekdays I'm at the gym by 5:00 pm right after work. Weekends usually vary from 10:30 am - 3:30 pm depending on what football games are on.

It's conditioning Matty! If you do it more regularly for awhile you wouldn't have a problem. It's also attitude, your body will respond to your thoughts!

Anytime between 6PM and 9PM, usually 8-9. I feel strongest in the evenings.
I hate working out in the mornings. I am too clumsy when I first wakeup I would probably drop a dumbell on my head doing pullovers.
