Worked out for 6 months and put on about 20 lbs... Drank/Had a lot of 'fun' for the other 6 months = lost everything I gained...
Anyway I'm going to start again, I mean I havn't lost everything, I was orginally 165lbs last year now I am 172lbs, and I have less fat but.. at one point I was near 185lbs.
Anyway I have 4 weeks at college before I go back, and I was wondering with the help of a Hell of a lot of motivation, dedication and Protein and Creatine to supplement me, how much should I expect to gain. The reason I ask is, I am unsure whether the body has a 'remembering' factor to it, therefore might be able to gain and build muslce quicker... or ?
Oh, I'm 19, this should allow for you to take into consideration my recovery rate as well as metabolic rate..etc
my goal is to bulk.... any answers to my theories/questions would be great, as I really am not sure... thanks.
Your muscle has memory and it generally take 6 weeks for your body to make a change. Only you can make this happen with proper training and nutrition. All you need now is a couch. Which is YOU!......
