Any suggestions?? Any advice would be helpful.
I was training for a while to gain some serious weight about a year ago. I put on a good 30lbs. I jumped from 195lb. to about 225lb. My training consisted of very low reps (6-10) with heavy weight. I relied on my diet to bulk up but yet try and stay "somewhat" lean. After changing my workout several times, 2 months ago I decided to do a form of High Intensity training. I basically dropped the weight considerably and stayed within the 15-20 rep range. I minimized the time between sets and excercises to get a form of cardiovascular training while lifting as well. I have dropped 20 lbs. I am looking leaner than ever but my body is drained and I am looking for a new workout with some new goals. I would like to maintain my weight maybe shred down to 200 or 195. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
My current split:
M - Chest/Tri's
T - Legs/Abs
W - Cardio
Th - Back/Bi's
F - Shoulders
S - Off
Sun - Cardio (Morning/Evening)
i would work with a 2 day on 1 day off cycle.
as a general rule work 3 sets of 6-8 for building a body part and 3 sets of 10-15 for toning a muscle.
i would do the split as its laid out.
post the exercises you usually do and i can find some new ones for you hun.
