ok, here's my opinion, take it for what it's worth:
im not seeing where the back work is besides bent over row.. ad more for back
sldl i think is good enough for hammies.. 3 sets of that and cut out leg curls
friday is way to heavy while the others are light and i'd take out overhead extensions and kickbacks
ah man, just change it all.. lol
monday- flat bench, incline, dips, close-grip, skull crushers
wednesday- squat, straight-legged dl, calves, military, lateral/rear raises
friday- deadlifts, pullups, bentover rows, shrugs, bb curl, hammers
