    Training schedule help!

Currently, im having training 4 times a week. We do alot of cardio running around and all that ' agility training, sprints, etc". I do that on mon, wednesday, friday and saturday. I was wondering how do i fit weight training in my schedule now? can i have double training on one day? like i use alot of leg work during training,in the morning. then i'll hit the gym to do my upper body weight training. What do you all think of it? since i do a lot of running during training sessions, does it make sense to hit my lower body with weights too? any comment or help? Thanks!
