That's much better Prince! I like that.

I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer. Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration. I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over me and through me. And when it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path. Where the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain...

Also, Gopro is it possible to do supernegatives during your routines? Which you recommend against it during a specific week, and also how should they be done...
a) only on the last set of an exercise
b) only on the last rep of an exercise
c) last rep of each set for an exercise
d) all reps, all sets for exercises.

Thanks again!

First tell me what YOUR interpretation of supernegatives is before I answer.

Well lets say we're benchpressing...
Supernegatives would be using a weight that you can't handle (on the postivive...bring up the barbell in this case), but you're slowly lowering it down (to get the negative effect), so you have a spotter helping you do the positive part of the exercise. but u do the negatives yourself.

Ok, now I can answer:

You can employ supernegatives during shock week as a replacement for drop sets. Here is how I would do it...

Do your normal shock supersets for the specific bodypart and then go to 2 sets using negatives. Pick a weight that you cannot do concentrically and have a spotter help you bring the bar into place for about 4 negative reps. Any more than this and the weight was not heavy enough. So, for chest...

-superset: flat flye/incline press
-superset: cable crossover/flat dumbell press
-smith bench press: 2 sets of 4 negatives

Hey thanks for the reply gopro, but since I think I still need to gain more experience (only been lifting for 12-14 months), I'm gonna stick to Power, and rep-range...However, once I start doing shock week, i'll be sure to try 'em out. Thanks again!

I was just doing a trimmed down version of his program for a little bit and it worked pretty well. I wasn't doing shock week. I just started his full fledged program yesterday; I am anxiously awaiting shock week.

Is there a good link you can add to your list for the new (version 2) gopro started telling people about?

Nike,

Thank You.
I asked gopro to look over my links to make sure I had covered them all. According to him, they are all there. If you find anything however that is not there, feel free to PM me Nike and I will be happy to add it.

I think there was a thread that gave people a taste of the next phase....I'll double check b/c there's a damn good chance I'm wrong.

Very cool that you compiled all those links for everyone!
