you can do a 2 days split by:
example:
wo1 = chest
wo2 = triceps
but do not work the same bp 2x per day.

im a HIGHTSCHOOL STUDENT GR.12
and our phys. ed. class we started making our weight room schedule...
It will last for 4 weeks.
50 mins a day.!!!
But i go to a nearby gym after school for my workouts..I ALSO PAY for it....
Is there a way to work out 2 times a day???..
Im thinking adding 1 or 2 more protien shakes n maybe start creatine & add 1 or 2h extra sleep might help me recover....??

I'd work opposing muscles in one day..
session 1 : bi's
session 2 : tris
session 1: chest
session 2: back
etc.. etc.. etc..

i have a question relating to recovery...
1) if you do two types of dead lifts, one on leg day and one on back day, hpw far apart should they be?
2) -and how far apart should back and shoulders be (if not done in same session)
^to answer both.. 2 days for both.. is it the best? iono but that's my schedule and it's fine with me.. sldl monday, conv dl weds.. shoulders monday, back weds
