Im going on my fourth day now since I last worked bi and tri's. My mucsles feel very weird they are really sore and I feel like I still have a pump. Is this possible. I also took a week off since I was sick and my first day back I hit the arms really hard. When I flex my bi's my foreamrs are aslo very tender. Could this be maybe some new growth? Puzzled

I have had mine feel noticeable after workin them out but I would not call it pump. I like the feeling, I can have it for as long as 3-4 days, almost from one workout into the next and its almost always that way with legs.
