    Question A tennis player's arm...

about 6 months of lifting as well...

what do you think? I'm just on the end of a short 1-AD/S1+ cycle, so I'm not very lean right now...

    Check it out

Pretty good Man. I hope I look like that after 6 months.
Hey Mayo did you have any definition on your arms when you first started? Just curious so I kind of know what to expect.

    Good work man.

    3 week cycle... 3 pills 1-AD a day and 6 squirts of S1+

I think it's a pretty mild cycle... haven't had any sides, except a bit of lathargicness(if that's even a word)

ahhh not bad of an armm... although if you working out for 6 months i'd think you'd have alittle better gains... Also your back is lagging quite a bit.. Through this into your back routine every-so-often.. It'll put that shit through nots, but you gotta have some will power:

    WG pullups - Failure

    10 second rest

    Medium Grip pullups - Failure

    10 second rest

    Medium Grip pullups - Failure

    10 second rest

    Close Grip pullups - Failure

    10 second rest

    Close Grip pullups - Failure

    * To add a little spice add a 3 - 7 second pause at the peak of your motion. Really try to isolate your back/lats on theses movements. If this is to much just have 1 set of each movement to failure with the pause. It'll thred your back. Takes so damn will power though. Especially when i do this workout because max full wd pullups i can get is around 25... So i gotta be patient and just concientrate on the movement. But this will get you wide. Goodluck man on your build and a suggestion for your " tennis arm " resistance training.. I've always found better results in resistance training for arms for baseball players, tennis, golf, etc. Gets you a better stretch during the movement and i feel more whip<-- arm speed.

    Deadlift - 315 X 17
    Squat - 315 X 11

thanks for the advice, in the six months i've been working out, every month has been a learning experience, I'm always looking for ideas to improve... I do realise a PH cycle 6 months into working out is not a good idea... another learning experience... just as an FYI... I'm 25, 5'11" and about 185

    haha, good memory...

If I would have started out 6 months ago with a personal trainer I can't imagine how much better my results would be. I'm lucky to have some decent genetics as far as being relatively thin, but I lack the nice thick shape that imo is how a man should look... that's my rough goal for the next year or so...

regarding the PH's, I just got caught up in all the talk about instant gains... I realise that just eating smarter and working hard would have been safer and still very productive gain wise...

PS I've always weighed alot more than I look... my doctor as well as some family and friends have made similar comments... I don't know what it is... although... my exgirlfriends may have an idea of where i keep that extra weight...
