Depends on your goals, but most BB'ers would suggest 2-3 sessions of HIIT cardio for 20-30 minutes per week. Too much cardio catabolises muscle tissue, which is why you get weaker the more cardio that you do.
Today I can do what others will not so that tomorrow I will do what others cannot.

The difference between winners and losers is that winners do things that losers don't want to do.

peaches: hiit is high intensity interval training.. an example would be 5 min warm up followed by 20 sec sprint then 60 sec jog then sprint then jog and so on..

wish me luck guys, this is my last week of bulking finally.. 6' 220lbs i got to.. taking next week off and then cutting.. hopefully i don't lose too much size or strength.. can't wait!

Running as fast as you can for a short period of time like you would if you were trying to do the 100m, it will hurt very fast cause it's anaerobic and you can't sustain it for long before you'll feel like someones sawing your legs

i just started doing my cardio again

i'm just gonna start doing 20 minutes after each training session 3 days a week... i train 4 days a week, legs having their own seperate day in which i don't do cardio...

i personally like doing 10 minutes on the x-trainer, jumping off, grabbing a nice drink of water and then jumping on the bike for another 10...
