lol I always do a set or two warm ups before I starts going heavy. Usually I only do it on things like squat, deadlift and powerclean. Just don’t count the warm ups as your actual sets.![]()
I was at the gym tonight and i saw this guy, and my first reaction was, hmm, he's pretty thick... big chest, big back big arms... I saw him on the incline iso bench machine... he had a 45 on each side and i was like... hmm... that big and lifting that small, what's his secret? Then he slapped on an additional 45 on each side as well as a 25 on each side for his first REAL set... I guess warm-up sets are a good thing?

you never heard of warmups? i warm up with 45s on bench.. i warmup on a lot of the big compounds.. bench, squat, dl
