    Am I on the right track

    Just wanted to see what everybody thinks, and wanted to see if im on the right track for what I am trying to obtain. My goal is not to get big but to get defined and cut. Is my routine in order to obtain my goal.

    Chest day 1

    db press 4 sets of 15
    db press incline 4 sets of 15
    decline iso machine 4 sets of 15
    peck deck 4 sets of 20
    cable cross overs 4 sets of 15

    Arms day 2

    db hammer curls seated 4 sets of 15
    preacher curls machine 4 sets of 15
    standing bb curls 4 sets of 15

    skull crushers 4 sets of 15
    db tricep extensions 4 sets of 15
    tricep extensions straight bar 4 sets of 15


    day 3 off

    For my shoulders and back 3 diffrent exercises per mucsle group 4 sets of 15 as well. My diet is very good and I do cardio after every workout for at least 30 mins. What dose eveyone think currently 6 foot 1 and I weigh 193. I have lost 50 pounds in 3 months.

    wow, lots of sets of 15, that's rough stuff... I would recommend first of all rotating your rep routine at least every couple of weeks... like move to heavier weights and less reps per set...
    Are you kidding me????

    Getting "cut" is all about what you feed yourself and the right amount of cardio. Lifting breaks the muscle down and good food and rest builds it back to be stronger. Eliminating body fat through cardio and good diet will get you cut so I say if it is working for you so far, stick with it.
