    The Best Advanced Ab Exercises?

What are the best and toughest ab exercises? The stuff that I do now doesn't make a difference at all anymore.
    What more can I say?

when talking about a bench press I would call it a decline press, but when talking about abs I call it an incline crunch cause you're on an incline board.

never heard of anyone calling it that...but i understand where your coming from...its still a decline bench though because the feet go at the top of the incline.

    Stability Ball reverse crunches.
Today I can do what others will not so that tomorrow I will do what others cannot.

The difference between winners and losers is that winners do things that losers don't want to do.

Decline crunches, hold a 25lb plate behind your head, not in front your chest like I see most people do, 4x25 you’ll fell it for a whole week.

decline's are good but if your not careful, you can kill your lower back. Top 2 are, bicycle maneuver and the captain's chair. Both of these does not stree out your lower back the way decline or incline situps do.

everytime I do incline(decline) situps, there is a tremedous amount of pressure applied to the lower back. J'BO, I can not explain exactly why though. I might be the only person that has problems with it.

do you use weight flexster? also, for your reps are you flattening out your back all the way on the completion of a rep? If so, I don't recommend doing that, it's just as effective and probably less stress on the lower back not to allow your shoulders to touch the bench during a set...

the bicycle is a good one..along with weighted incline crunches
Chuck Norris once lost his keys and couldn't remember where he put them. So he tortured himself for half an hour until he gave up their location.
