    beginner needing help!!!

    hi,

    i am 15 years old, i am 167cm tall, and weigh 60kg.

    i am wondering whether it is ok for me to start weight training, and that it will not stunt my growth?

    -have someone teach you proper form for the exercises you will be doing

    -don't use heavy weight, espcially with legs (squats), because you don't want to mess up your growth plates

    first off, you wont stunt your growth. secondly do some research.

    Get a personal trainer to make you a proper training program.. It shouldnt stunt your growth..

    try all the exercises in the gym, see which ones you like, work hard, alternate your program, try and do exercises that work all the different parts of your body, try and go a rep or 2 past when you feel you need to drop the weight, give yourself at least 2 days between workouts and eat a good amount and you'll develop very well. If you can't get professional instruction, watch other people and try and learn from their form...
