Hi Guys,
Anyone done Pilates and found they weren't as tough as they thought?
I did my first class today, and I must say I can feel my age.
There was a lot of clicking of joints, etc., and at only 29,
I thought my body would be in a little better nick.
I plan to continue at least one class a week,.. thinking it will
be a good suppliment to the cardio/bodybiulding training,
and hopefully lower my visits to the chiropractor which is the
main objective of all my training.
