Mayo Im not as experinced as you but here is my two cents. I think your elbows are supposed to swing up once your tired giving you some forced or cheated reps. I know for myself I will swing my elbows just to get that extra 2 or 3 reps. The burn feels great when I do that. You probablly already no this but I hope this helps. Plus I have heard that doing this is ok.
