First off do you always go to failure man. That is not necessarily a good thing. You shouldn't go to failure all the time every WO, it isn't necessary for inducing hypertrophy. Second, you shouldn't be training 5 days in a row, no way. Especially when going to faliuer every WO. You need ot have rest days in between training sessions so you body can recover. You are not letting your muscles recover b/c even though you are only training each group once a week, your CNS is taxed to the extreme every day and when training one muscle group there is gooing to be an antagonist group involved. Muscle is build at home during recovery time, not in the gym. You need rest days in there. Try going only 2 days on at teh most before throwing in a rest day.

Well first man you need to concentrate on cutting some BF bro. You need to get down past 10%. There is no good reason to be at 20%. During a bulking phase you are much more likely to put on a better ratio of muscle/fat when you are anywhere between 8-10%, maybe higher. There is no benefit at being any higher than that. Cut down to 8% and then start bulking again, you will find that once you show your body that change it will most likely respond when bulking again. You have to mix it up. you can only bulk for so long before it is time to cut, right. I would just go 3-4 days a week, that is more than enough bro. 5 isn't really necessary. Train a bp once/week and get the diet down and you should be fine. Instead of concentrating do much on the gym time, focus on the food and recovery time. That is where the mass is built or lost!

Equibolan isn't an anaboli drug, it is a cheap faxiilly . That is great that you want to do it naturally. Good for you man.

Nope not jenna. It is a british model who goes by the name of Jordan. I think her name is Katie Price though. She is a bomb shell no doubt. One of the most gorgeous chicks I have ever seen. I bet you would like to see the rest of that pic, it is form her playboy nudes! Simply banging. If you want to see them I can email you a couple.

Do not work-out five days straight, add a rest in there. Try two on & one off, one on & one off, or some variation like that.
