    Hey!!

    OMG GUYS!!!!!!

    I MAXED out 2day!!!!!

    DECLINE BENCH I wnt for like 100 TO 200 !!!!!!!.....CUZ 3 months ago my max flat bench was 130 !!!

    NOW decline 200 IM gonna check it out on flat SOON!!!

    I CANT WAIT n seeehow much i can do its gonna be..cuz i could always do more on flat..!!!!!

    I only weigh 150...
    3 months workout & i went from 100 to 200
    (i can prolly do more cuz i went up from 90 to 200!!!)

    IM SOO HAPPYYYYYYY

    I can do more on decline also. But since I put it at the end, I don't do as much.

    Congrats Trigga Happy! I know how exciting that is! Just remember to be careful and not overdo it now your excited and want to see more big advances!

    ya i also do more on decline........i find it easier...maybe cause i stil dont get how to postion urself when becnhing

    Everyone I know can do more on decline than they can on flat, including me. I think it's a standard thing. But as always there are those few out there that work all the way around for them

    yeah, pretty standard to do more on decline than on flat.. it's shorter motion..well, trigga im happy for you.. i love the enthusiasm, keep it up
