Chuck Norris once lost his keys and couldn't remember where he put them. So he tortured himself for half an hour until he gave up their location.

diet is the most important, if you aren't willing to change that, your results will seriously suffer...

In my opinion... if someone isn't disciplined enough to change their diet, they won't stick with the workouts long enough to make a difference...

Bottom line, you MUST start by looking at your diet... your workout with weights should be the easy part... ask how many people on these boards miss workouts frequently... almost none... ask how many have cheated on their diet, ate a bit too much here or a little cheat there... work on the diet and the rest will fall in line...

Diet would be hard because I go tto school and then to work. What I occasionally do is use the bench press, some of the weights, pushups and crunches in my bassment. I just need some help starting a routine(eating and lifting) for myself that will make a diffenrece.

Diet is not hard if you want it enough. You can use protein bars and ready made protein drinks if you are always on the go.
