How do I get more meat on

How do you get more meat on your forearms and your calves? The problem is even when I weighed the most wich was 241lbs I was still skinny around the calves and the forearms. Is there any specific things you can do to add more mass to theese areas. If I start eating like crazy it will all go to my stomache and love handles which I worked very hard to get rid of. Current weight 192 and my height is 6 foot 1.

Some people have cruddy calves, thats life. As for forearms, mine are nothing impressive without direct work, 2-3 sets of extentions and curls does the trick though, nice and slow and not too heavy. I have gone to 4 and 5 sets but it is bothering me too much these days, so 2-3 sets tops.
