tear drop part of the quad's

The tear drop part of my quad's are lacking size compared to the rest of the quad. Can I put more focus on them if I turn my feet outwards while doing the leg extensions? My legs are fuqqed up. If I point my knees straight ahead, my feet point outwards somewhat. So when doing the extension, my knees are striaght and I believe this is cauing me to work the outside of the quad's more.

Just stick with them, and they'll grow. Maybe try widening your legs a bit on the pad itself. And when you do HackSquats / Leg Presses. Wide stance, and really try concientrating on the innerds of your quadriceps. Good luck. * when u get that good ass seperation in your legs its a beautiful thing

Do what you feel is most natural. People get injured by trying to force themselves into some strange groove.

Some people claim that the teardrop muscle is exercised best when pointing their feet outwards.

I don't use the leg extension machine.

You can shift focus on to the teardrop muscle by letting your knees drift a bit forward like this or by doing narrow stance squats.
