Just something I've been thinking about and will take a very simple answer, when you are doing exercises that involve two weights in unison (Dumbell Curls for eg), and a book may say produce 10 reps of good form etc etc. I always assumed this is 10 reps on each arm, making a total of 20. I'm pretty sure this is correct, but I could be wrong and it is 5 reps on each arm making it 10 reps all up?
