Burning in Shoulders

BODYBUILDING SUPPLEMENTS

The last two times I have worked chest (flat bench 3 sets 10-15; incline same; decline same) I have had a searing, burning pain in my shoulders. I am obsessed about perfect form, not using shoulders, stretch more than enough, drink enough water etc. IT si primarily on the outsides, lateral head (I think thats what its called). It hasnt been a change and I am careful to do shoulders 3-4 days apart and dont do alot for shoulders to ensure no over training. ANY IDEAS? DAMN, THE PAIN, THE HORROR

Are your shoulders tight? Or, can you feel any knots where the colar bone meets your shoulder area?...Feel just around in that area and see if you can feel tiny little knots
