This is one of the best feelings in the world
I dont mean to get sensitive on everyone, but I cant help looking in the mirror after a hard workout. The since of accomplishment and wathcing your body transform has to be one of the best feelings in the world. It is nice to get a compliment and know that you had to sweat blood in order to get it. Even a better feeling is knowing how much you really havent accomplished and you know what you have to do in order to obtain it.
It may be that song that you listen to when you are on the way to they gym and you get a little crazy and start shouting the song instead of singing it, that always gets you pumped. The walk into the weight room and seeing the energy from eveyone. It may be that extra two reps that you were able to knock out that day or somebody coming up to you in the gym and saying wow you have made some serious gains. I remember when you first started coming here. Maybe it is when you get home and the sound of the blender knowing your about to enjoy a nice shake post workout and sitting there sipping it thinking what a great work out you had and you cant wait to get back tommorow for some more.
In the end it is all worth it.
You can repeatidly think about and talk about what you want, but you can only once say I DID IT.
I hope this sparks and motivates everyone to obtain there goals. Your mind is the most powerful tool on the world. USE IT AND DONT LOOK BACK.

I agree with your post man
however it was a while since i saw any great positive progress, before i started posting here i was way off track, now its like i'm back on track and i'm praying that i will make some more progress soon and be proud of myself again
hopefully in a year i will be on my way to my ideal body then i'll be in the same position, but right now i'm very much on the toughest mission of my life to get there
peace

good post man.
but personally, i guess i'm very humble and modest cuz i dont even like walking around in public with a tanktop/beater. me and my buddys (who are most of the time much bigger than these kids) actually rag on dudes that wear tanktops/SHORT sleeve shirts (not normal shortsleeves, the kind that bearly cover your shoulders) when they wear them strictly to show off their spaghetti arms haha
at the gym is the only place i'll wear a tanktop (besides home) b/c i love when my muscle are pumped, best feeling ever IMO ("to me its better than having sex with a woman and cumming", ok maybe not as good, but very close) thats when i get proud of my progress......not walking around in public showing off my arms

I wear a tanktop to the gym every once in a while, and to the pool and stuff like that... only once, at a girl's birthday party, she took off my shirt and took off her shirt and put mine on, i had to spend the night in a tank top, but then, I really can't complain, considering all the attention I was getting from the drunk girlies... hehe...

nice post!
I feel great when I look at myself in the mirror and realize that I've lost fat, or gained muscle..
it just motivates you day after day to workout more and more.

Damn straight, the best feeling is right after a workout, knowing that I just puch a head with the workout even if I was low on energy. Seeing improvements, even slight ones always help the ego.

Awesome post.
On the topic of skinny people in beaters, I know one of my BIGGEST pet peeves are the guys at the mall who not only wear muscle shirts, or beaters or what not, but they walk as if they are carrying a box under each arm. (The way a person who has big lats would be walking). They not only look ridiculous, they usually arent big enough to pick up my tab at a restaraunt. These guys need to GO.
Nothing wrong with checking yourself out in the mirror after a good workout. Working out takes disicipline and extreme effort. Something to be proud of. I know I do it
