best time to take a week off?

i want to take a week off from training in a couple of months after my creatine cycle, so my body can rest, repair and hopefully grow

right now i'm on around 4000 cals a day, creatine and zma

on my off week shall i stop creatine, what about the zma?

shall i keep eating 4000cals? if not how much should i cut them by?

and should i do any CV or light weights? if so when and how much?

    thanks!

I would not stop the creatine or zma, I would cut out all training, including cardio on your week off.

you may need to cut the calories a bit cause you will be burning less since you will not be training.

creatine really isn't as big of a deal as you make it out to be bro. I have never heard of anyone taking creatine refer to it as a cycle. I really wouldn't worry about it too much Its all good though
