at your age, I'd say one of the big keys is Consistency... Secondly, diet... try and eat lots of good meats... beef, chicken, tuna, salmon...

Try to learn alot about proper form, don't worry about lifting as big as you can, you will only hurt yourself... if you are lifting with proper form, your weights may start out smaller than your buddies... but you will make better, more consistent gains...

Also at 15, don't worry so much about the results, just enjoy it, work hard and learn as much as you can and you will be amazed at how many chicks will be fantasizing about your lean muscular body once you get into college (which is when chicks actually get really fun anyway)
    Are you kidding me????

if you can find a place to do pullups... that is a very helpful exercise you can do without weights... you know, when i first started, i bought an exercise ball and some cheesy dumbell set that allowed up to 20lbs on each dumbbell... you can do exercises on the exercise ball with the dumbbells... like shoulder presses, simulated bench press, curls as well as pushups on the exercise ball... it will make your core muscles, lower back and abs stronger as well...

Honestly, I think this would be your best option if you want to work out at home, try and get like 80 bux to go out and get the exercise ball and some dumbells...

Once you get those pieces you can find articles with TONS of different movements you can do to get a really good workout...

    steve-

to be completely honest bro, just LEARN as much as you can. i wish i knew what i know now at age 15. learn everything you can about correct technique, exercises, diet, sleep, supplements etc.

you are coming up on the PRIME of your BB like bro. take advantage of it. obviously you have alot of new shit (i mean stuff) going on in your life right now (high school, sports, friends, partying, girls, cars etc.).

but honestly, one of the best things you can do is get serious into bodybuilding. if you do, by the time you're a senior in H.S., you'll be a muscle machine.

in the meantime, learn how to train CORRECTLY, and eat everything in sight, and watch "Pumping Iron".

Good luck bro and keep "Pumpin' up, Puuuuuumpin' Iron"
You're a funny guy, Sully, I like you. Dat's why I'm going to kill you lahst.

    haha SO TRUE!

its like a cycle.......(steve09 cover your eyes)

in H.S..... the guys are the horniest testosterone machines they'll ever be, and want it non-stop. but the girls are the opposite.

in college.... the guys are still horny, but now the girls get into it and some want it almost as much as the guys.

after college and beyond....the women want it all the time, and the men can't get it up.

learn young, ladies, while you still have the chance haha
