Sudden muscle soreness?
BODYBUILDING SUPPLEMENTS High Quality Supplements For Bodybuilders and Athletes. www.ironmaglabs.com Yesterday when i woke up my lat's were extremely sore. It lasted all day, and its still a bit noticable today. Normally this wouldnt be out of the ordinary... except this time it didnt happen soon after i lifted. My last back day was sunday, and my lat's just suddenly got sore again 6 days later.
What gives? I thought it might be symptoms of the flu... but i havent gotten any other symptoms and i feel fine otherwise. |
