i have 2 multi gym sets (one better than the other of course lol) and i have free weights....but um...iono i personally like the free weights better myself

hmm ok thx.
the reason i was thinking of a muti gym was becuse im only 15 and i dont think i know enough about lifting and tht to use free weights were as on a mutigym u cant do anything too rong (well i hope hehe) any more advice would be much apreated Thx steve |

well i'm only 14 (be 15 the 28th) and i mean all the stuff we have downstairs is my dads but i no how to use it all but yea i see ur point

I would still say go with the free weights... just start light, be safe and concentrate on form, and the increase in weight will come as you begin to feel more comfortable.. also do alot of reading and see if you can take a weights class in school...

curling bar for sure (i love the curling bar) lol
and just some barbell/dumbbells and oh the weights (duh) lol get like 5 lbs, 10 lbs, 20 lbs 25 lbs etc... (i use the 20 up weights for my curling bar) but u get it rite?? |
