Starting something new.

BODYBUILDING SUPPLEMENTS

Ok so I have been looking at many different mass building routines and noticed alot of the same exercises. But my thing is I do not know how to do most of these actions, so my question is should I start doing them now to practice them so once I am ready to do the program I can do them with ease or should I just do my routine I'm on now and wait that last month. Every 3 weeks or so I change my routine and I have just switched everything over and was gonna do this schedual until january then start a mass routine for a few months. But I have noticed many things like deadlifts and other things I have no clue how to do are in this routine.

Any suggestions from you guys?

I know I could go there and find just about everything I need but I know most of you have been in this game for a long time and don't remember what it was like to be new But like if I start a new excersise I don't think I could put up enough to hit my potential because my form lacks, so I was wondering if I should just practice now or just go into it with light weights. I figured because its a mass routin you would want to be able to put up as much weight at possible, or am I wrong?
