Upper legs
BODYBUILDING SUPPLEMENTS High Quality Supplements For Bodybuilders and Athletes. www.ironmaglabs.com I have pretty decent development on my lower legs and a good sweep but my upper legs do not seem very big. The inside uppers need some work. I currently do squats, leg extensions and leg curls. Would some deadlifts help out there? Thx

do you have access to an Adductor machine?
if not, you can do what I used to call "frog presses" on a leg press, you point your toes out sideways, this will hit the adductors as well. |

yeah, you can do squats with your toes pointed out, be careful though....preference is a leg press mainly for safety.

you confuse me when you say "upper leg", you do mean adductors (inner thigh), right?
sure they get hit with regular squats, but if it's a lagging area for you, then you can put some emphasis on that area of the leg. |

Yeah I guess I mean the inner thigh. Sorry for the confusion. Will a wide stance on a dead lift target the inner thigh more?
