Delts tired while Jumping rope?

My delts get tired when I just rope... wtf? I get more tired from swinging the rope, than actually jumping over it haha. What can I do about this? its weird

sounds like you have to much shoulder movement going on. how are you jump roping? are you doing alot of cross overs.

Use your wrists to spin the rope, not your shoulders. Higher speeds this way also.

never thought about using wrists..usually i turn w/ shoulders. I'll try that thanks!
