BODYBUILDING SUPPLEMENTS High Quality Supplements For Bodybuilders and Athletes. www.ironmaglabs.com I was wondering what you guys thought about training one body part per day, putting arms on the same day, and working out six days a week?

Working out 6 days a week in my opinion would be over overtraining. Unless gifted w/ awesome recovery levels and on gear, 6 days a week is too much. Just a suggestion, try doing all upper body pushing movements on one day, then upperbody pulling movements on another day, and then hit legs and low back on the 3rd day.

I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer. Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration. I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over me and through me. And when it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path. Where the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain...
